Vasu, a young refugee, is a newcomer in the city having come to the country from a war zone. Adapting to the situation proves hard as he is forced to adopt different menial jobs. The bitter experience of his new home in Visakhapatnam matures him; so much that he easily gets involved in excesses of vices, in this case, gambling where fortune favors his sharp wit and quick hand.
Rising Through the Ranks
Having started off as a petty player in the underground gambling activities, he starts making his presence felt. Vasu’s determination to gamble even more than before and his stunning antics do not go unnoticed by the leading players lurking in the shadows of the city. The entire journey of view has trips and treachery within it’s simply his pride and if not he the presence of VP is what drives him. Adapting to the new environment, he befriends several significant individuals including the crafty Balu and the trustworthy Ramesh.
Love and Conflict: Vasu Meets Anjali
While growing within the ropes, he meets a woman called Anjali who is smart and beautiful, and to whom he confides in and falls in love. Meenakshi Chaudhary plays Anjali, who dislikes the fact that Vasu gets embroiled in the risky business of gambling, until she meets that fine man. Their interaction brings out some warmth and depth to the story between all the blood, money and drama.
The Antagonists Are Here: Rama Rao and Salma
However, Vasu’s rise to power doesn’t come easy as he also has his fair share of enemies. As played by Jagapathi Babu, Vasu must contend with the ruthless mafia called Rama Rao, while Salma, as played by Nora Fatehi, is a beautiful yet devious schemer. For Rama Rao, however, Vasu is a rival who must be wiped off all existences for the preservation of his empire. As for Salma, well, she is fascinated by Vasu but for different reasons that have nothing to do with romance.
The Power Struggle
Vasu and Rao are involved in a deadly fight to the finish over the control of the gambling empire which has termed into a game of Bruce Lee and Tyson for both of them. Inspector Raghav, represented by Murli Sharma, gets caught up in the power tussle, as a cop. Raghav’s character makes the story more interesting because he is conflicted about his duties as an officer and that he is being threatened to comply with the crime syndicates.
Climax: The Concluding Conflict
Tension builds as Vasu prepares to face Rama Rao in a final showdown. This is the moment when all of Vasu’s careful stratagems and resoluteness is challenged by the circumstances. Also, there are a number of incidents that lead to the showdown including betrayal of trust and exposed devotion. The winner of this showdown will shape the future of the underworld in the city of Visakhapatnam.
